I thoroughly enjoyed large and very specious room in this hotel.
The hotel provided reasonable prices. The private parking was nearby, good service. The location was comfy and decent, not too far from an indigenous culture museum. The restaurant was not too far from the venue.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely little touches like hot water bottles for your feet at night. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, always friendly and ready to give recommendations for great places to eat in the area.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more options and better replenishment.

The decoration was lovely and cozy, and the common areas were spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of fresh fruits and bread. It was within walking distance to many of the city's landmarks and popular spots.
The beds were really hard and the pillows were flat, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The noise level from the street was overwhelming, making it almost impossible to relax.

Wonderful service and attention to detail at this charming hotel. The owner's daughter went above and beyond to help arrange activities and provide recommendations. The breakfast was a delightful surprise each day with a variety of unique fruit and homemade pastries. The location was convenient, with easy access to the historic center. While there were some minor noise issues and a lack of parking, the staff was always ready to assist and call a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cuenca.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was fantastic. From the fresh roses in the rooms to the updated fixtures in the private bathrooms, everything felt well thought out and cared for. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal. Situated in a busy commercial area, it was convenient to shops and attractions. Finally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The only small improvement I would suggest is soundproofing the building.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of the Alpaca market. the quiet area provides a peaceful retreat from the noisy streets. Rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice private bathroom with a great shower. the staff is excellent, making guests feel at home and providing friendly service. Breakfast is varied and tasty with fresh bread, local fruits, and hot drinks available all day.
The atmosphere of the hotel is rather cold, adding to the discomfort of the stay.

The breakfast options and fresh juice were very tasty. the staff was friendly and helped us with all our questions. the hotel was located within walking distance of most tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city.
The rooms lacked privacy as the walls were thin, which made it difficult to sleep with all the noise. the bathroom situation was not ideal, and we could hear everything occurring in the other room.

the staff was incredibly helpful and genuine, providing excellent service throughout my 10-night stay. The location was perfect, with museums, cafes, and the picturesque Tomebamba river just a short walk away. The communal sitting areas were a great place to relax and mingle with other guests, and the staff even set up a table for me when I ordered pizza. The continental breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the option to have eggs and bacon made to order. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony in some cases. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
All was fine with this hotel.
